Love Love, a 21.3 feet long motor boat seems to create anxiety wherever it heads - Concerned citizens, coastguards and even the police are always coming to its rescue. That's because the cleverly designed boat appears to be on the brink of sinking, taking its owner along with, it to a watery grave.

Only when they come closer, do the rescuers realize that's exactly the image it's owner, French designer Julien Berthier wanted to capture, when he came up with the idea.

He therefore took a boat, chopped it in half, sealed off the cut end with fiberglass and fitted two motor engines underneath for easy propelling. The result according to him, is a perfectly functional and stable boat that can be steered even from an upside down chair, that he has installed.

While the designer may believe he is safe and enjoys observing the horrified looks on people's faces everywhere he goes, he is causing a lot of heartache, as people think he is in danger and rush to call the authorities. In fact, the issue has become so serious that he has started to warn the officials in the areas he is planning to sail, in advance.

However that doesn't always work either. Recently, despite warning the police and coastguard in Lake Constance, Germany, he was surrounded by twenty rescuers, merely because the person who took the call from a distressed passerby did not know about the half-boat!

But that doesn't deter this dapper designer, who sails his piece of art every single day, determined to make the most of it, before it ends up in a museum or gallery.
