Have you ever heard of Harry Houdini, the most famous magician and escape artist ever? 11-year-old boy Harry Mancini has always been fascinated with Houdini's life and tricks, especially because he lives in the same home that Houdini lived in New York City, and even his name sounds like Houdini's! But Harry Mancini never thought he would ever communicate with Houdini, especially because Houdini died in the 1920s... After Harry Mancini wakes up from a coma following an accident near the train tracks, he finds a mysterious box amidst the towers of flowers and candy, and it holds an old flip phone that doesn't even seem to work. But when Harry Mancini gets home that night, it begins to buzz and he gets a text from Harry Houdini himself! He doesn't believe it until Houdini offers to perform his most mind-boggling act, Metamorphisis-- but between Harry Mancini and Houdini! He wants to attempt his biggest trick ever-- to switch bodies from the dead! I loved this book and it was so interesting! So everyone should read it!

I love this book so much! Everyone should read it! Alex and Connor Bailey are pretty much ordinary children. Well, until their 12th birthday, where their grandmother gives them a fairytale book. Sounds basic? It is. Until Alex discovers the book can glow, vibrate, and a bird can get out of it! By accident, she and her brother get sucked into the book and land into a world... very different from ours. Goldilocks is a criminal, Little Red Riding Hood a spoiled princess... A nightmare disguised into a fairy tale... Or maybe the opposite? To get out of this land, the Land of Stories, the twins need to gather magic objects. But, dang it, an evil queen also wants these objects... I loved this book!! Correction: I LOVED this series! It's a really uncommon and interesting idea and this is pretty much why the series is great, in my opinion! So, you know what to do: buy the 6 books! Pls read this!

quarantined's book review was featured in The One and Only Ivan.
What would it be like if you were a gorilla and put in a circus? I think i probably wouldn't want to because I feel like it wouldn't be that fun to be in a cage almost every hour of the day. “The one and only ivan” is a great book especially if you like the circus. Also I think you would like it if you like long books because this one is pretty long. The main setting in the book is at the circus. The gorilla likes to paint at the circus and they sell it for money. The gorilla likes to put on a show for the people at the circus. Ivan was rescued because of his health conditions. So that's how he became a circus animal. The people at the circus discovered that Ivan loved to paint so the people at the circus charged money for ivans paintings. The age group I would say for this is 10-12 and I would recommend it to people who love animals. This book is so cute, so please read it!

quarantined's book review was featured in Supergifted.
In a world where there are superheroes there is one super hero that is not so super but he does have a friend that is SUPERGIFTED. There's this kid named Dovan and his friend Noah and their best friends. The story takes place at a school and house and friends houses and gifted school. Dovan is not that smart but Noah he is the smartest kid in the state but then something bad happens. A propane truck goes for a house but Dovan runs to the propane truck and he jumps into the truck and makes it go into a pool of a popular cheerleader that goes to Dovans school. Then the next few days everyone in town knows what happened but they didn’t know who saved the cheerleader. Everyone is calling this mystery kid SUPER KID. Dovan did not want to be the SUPER KID so Noah took his place but Noah is not the super kid so Noah has to lie and lie and lie but he knows what happened because he was there when Dovan went into the truck So are they going to be able to lie so Dovan does not get caught or does he. This book was fun to read and it has a lot of shocking moments and the book is not as long. Plus there are a lot of main characters so that's cool. The age for this book should be about 11, 12, 13 I think that would be a good age to read this book. If I was going to recommend this book to someone I would recommend it to a person who likes shocking moments, a lot of main characters, someone who likes the books about lying and not trying to get caught. This book is a sequel to UNGIFTED! I love this book!
