database's book review was featured in Out of My Mind.
In this book, venture through the eyes of a girl with severe disabilities (cerebral palsy) and an extremely intelligent mind. I LOVED this book. Has to be one of the best books I've read in my lifetime. Looking into the life of a girl with a bright, wandering mind take on her disability is astonishing. and truly inspiring. It goes to show it doesn't matter the amount of ability one has in life, it's how you WORK for it. You could be the smartest person in the entire universe and still grow up to be a failure because you never worked for anything. Regardless of her disability, Melody still strives to do good in life. A tear-jerking Draper novel that will you leave you speechless.

I went to see it the other day. Very interesting. I've never been really IN to Avengers but this was an astounding film!

But how would Minecraft be a type of homework? It has no educational factor. Not trying to be mean in any way, I totally respect your thought!

Gonna be completely honest here, this was NOT a good film. In fact, one of my least favorite in the film industry. First, let's start with the acting: horrible. The acting was not funny, and the characters were downright silly, which wasn't funny in the slightest. There's times where you can do silly right, and this film is an example of when it is NOT done right. Next, the jokes: once again, horrible. The fact that Rodrick locks food in a safe thinking it's a microwave is NOT funny, it once again, as most of the books do, flanderizes (applying one trait to a specific character) Rodrick as the ignorant one, which is a trait that seems tired and is EXTREMELY repetitive. Some of the jokes also don't even follow the laws of logic, like the scene where Cheetos fell into a hot tub that Greg was in, and somehow this applies orange substance ALL over him. Not funny, once again. Now, the plot: I only have one word for something like this: extremely clichè. I've seen a lot of other plots like these before, and they've actually been done successfully. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this movie. WOW. Horrendous. I've seen all DOAWK films, and most are funny. They obviously have flaws, as most movies do, but this one just takes the cake. I'm sorry, but it's a 1/5. And even after being written by the original writers and managed by the original crew members, it just doesn't make any sense. A quick little cash-grab? I don't know. I was all hyped up for this movie last year, waiting for it to come out, and when I saw it, it was just a plain disappointment. And TWENTIETH CENTURY FOX made this. I just don't know what else I can say about this film, except, it's just plain bad. What else CAN I say?

Oh, I LOVE The Hunger Games. Everything Hunger Games. How is it even possible to make something so good? Thanks, humanity, for this wonderful creation!
