Gods and Warriors in an action-packed book set in the Bronze Age. The main character, Hylas, is an Outsider. He is poor, and has to steal for food. He is forced to take care of the goats in the village, but abandons his job to find his sister, Issi, who he knows is either somewhere on the island or dead. Issi had to run away when Hylas and her were attacked by a group of warriors called the Crows, who are trying to kill all of the Outsiders for some reason. Hylas has to escape from them, and he ends up floating to an island, which is where he meets Pirra. Pirra has spent her whole life inside the walls of her city, and now she is being married off to someone she's never even met. She hates her whole life and when she finally gets the chance to escape, she takes it, and she winds up on the same island as Hylas. They end up working together to survive. They battle warriors, befriend a dolphin, and explore a cave that hasn't been seen in thousands of years! This book has many twists and turns, and I would recommend it to anyone who liked both Island of the Blue Dolphins and Percy Jackson, because it is like a mixture of them. Does Hylas find his sister? Will Pirra be found by her mother, who wants to marry her off to a stranger? Do the Crows track down Hylas? Read the book to find out!

This book is set in a futuristic Chicago, after a terrible war that destroyed the world. The city is split into 5 factions: Dauntless, the brave, Erudite, the intelligent, Candor, the honest, Amity, the peaceful, and Abnegation, the selfless. At age 16, everyone will take a test to determine which faction best suits them, but when Beatrice (Tris) Prior, from Abnegation, takes the test, she gets 3 different results. She is Divergent. She must choose between her family and what she wants, and when she does choose, she finds out about a plan to eliminate all the Divergents. This book is awesome, and I recommend it to anybody who likes post apocalyptic books, dystopian fiction, or The Hunger Games.

This book is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who likes vampires, fantasy, or romance! The whole series is a rollercoaster of twists and turns. Battles of good and evil, love and friendship; this series will blow you away! :)

I love this book! 1. Because it continues on with the Vampire Academy series, which was awesome! 2. Because Adrian Ivashkov is in it!!! <3 3. Because Eddie becomes really awesome. 4. Because it has more stuff on the mysterious Alchemists. If you loved the Vampire Academy Series, you will love this series too!!!!!!

This book was really awesome, but Sydney was really starting to frustrate me! She is really smart, but socially, she knows nothing. I mean seriously, Adrian obviously likes her, but she can't even tell! Also, she is starting to figure out that the Alchemists are hiding stuff from her and everybody else, and that everything is not really how it seems with them, but she kind of tries to ignore it and pretend it isn't happening. Seriously?! Also, she must end up with Adrian, or I will be so, so, so mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This book was awesome! It was nowhere near as good as Divergent though. I got kind of mad that Four and Tris kept hiding stuff from each other. The ending was really good though! I can't wait for the next book! I think it will be called Convergent!
