She was finally like a normal kid. This book has a lot of different emotions such as happy, sad, and mad. Melody feels all of those emotions throughout the book. This book is a real page turner once you get to at least the second chapter. Melody and her long journey will leave you wanting more. I enjoyed the book because of how detailed the writer of this book got with all of her struggles. Some of the main characters are Melody, mom, dad, and babysitter. My age recommendation for this book is around 10+ unless you can handle more mature books. If you like sad, happy and sometimes heartbreaking stories then you will love this book.
