blossomreader's movie review was featured in Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
Dora and the Lost City of Gold is an amazing movie full of laughter and thrills. In this comedy and action movie, Dora and her parents are trying to discover Parapata. When Dora realizes her parents have finally found it, her parents tell her she can't go, and will instead go to high school with her older cousin Diego. High School turned out to be a much bigger problem than Dora thought, and her friendship with Diego burns. Her parents also haven't been answering her calls and have apparently disappeared. She ends up on a museums filed trip with her enemy, Sammy, her cousin, Diego, and her sort of friend Randy. When Dora and her fiends get captured by kidnappers who want o find Parapata for themselves, Dora realizes she'll need to work with her new friends if she wants to save her parents and get everyone to safety. She and her friends get rescued by Alejandra, an old fiend of her parents, and together, Dora and her new friends (and Boots) set off on a journey to find her parents while trying not to get killed. Will Dora find new friendships and save her parents, or will she end up working alone and fail to find Parapata and her parents? I loved this movie sooo much, and I'll know that if you like movies with action, humor, and drama, you'll love this movie as well.

blossomreader's movie review was featured in We Can Be Heroes.
We can be Heroes takes place after Sharkboy and Lavagirl, though it is not about them. In this thrilling movie, a group of kids who were born from superhero parents can only watch as their parents get abducted by alien creatures. But when Missy sees that she and the other kids are about to be captured too, she strikes, and together, she and the other super kids escape an alien's wrath. While Missy is not a super kid herself, her leadership plays a major role when the kids have to save and rescue their parents form the hands of an alien species. Each kid will have to do their part, and work together, if they want their parents back. Can Missy lead her friends to victory, or will the friends realize that they work better alone? Arguments heat up, disaster strikes, but in the end, Missy and her friends notice that they CAN be heroes. Together. I LOVED this movie, and I know you guys will too!
