I do have braces, too, not my favorite thing, lol... but I can give you some tips, if your mouth start to hurt, grab an horseshoes-like flavors then bite really hard that can help you get over the pain, you can eat soft food like oatmeal, and foods you can`t eat is gums, starbursts, and etc! Yeah...I actaully grew up in hearing family so I am the only one in my family who is deaf! Sometimes can be so much fun, and sometimes hard for me because my dad`s family ingored me and refused to learn ASL so my dad`s family and I didn`t have any very good concetion at all...so it was SUPER hard for me!
